My Reagan is 2

I can't believe my little girl is 2. She is positively the most precious adorable thing on the planet! I always say I would die if I didn't have her and I think I will always feel that way. She is our cherry on top and the dash of sugar in our family. We love her!!


I can't believe how big she has gotten. This is our new roller coaster. Grandma and Grandpa sent it to us for the kids birthdays. Let's just say that it is in constant motion.

Later in the day my whole family and Josh and Amanda Barron's whole family came to party it up. Kendra is the best auntie sugar anyone could ever ask for. Here she is with Reagan being swung by Cooper in the hammock.

One of the things that Reagan really loves right now is horses, much to the delight of my Mom!! Some times she will wake up saying, "I want a horsie ride!" She also sings a horsie song when she is riding. It goes like this, "YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY YAY!"

On friday night we went to Mormon night at the Angels. The seats were realy high up, but we still had a blast!

I don't know how many times, mainly from Carter.....CAN I HAVE COTTON CANDY NOW? So finally the cotton candy man came by and Grandpa and Grandma granted them their sticky wish.

Diet

A trainer I have been working with at the gym gave me this diet the other day. I am going to try it to see if I can finally get those last 10 lbs off and I thought I would put it out there for anyone else trying to lose weight. I like it because it isn't one of those diets that is a fad or you have to starve your self. Keep in mind that it needs to be accompanied by 45 min of cardio and 30 min of weights. Good Luck!

Breakfast (choose one):
Oatmeal
Egg whites
Fruit
Healthy cereal (bran)

3 to 4 hours later
Snack:
Protein Shake (must have at least 20mg of protein)
or
Fruit

Lunch:
Spinach or Asparagus or Broccoli with boiled/grilled chicken

3 to 4 hours later
Snack
Protein Shake (20mg of protein)
or
Fruit

Dinner:
Spinach or Asparagus or Broccoli with boiled/grilled chicken

Since I am terrible at sending cards for birthdays I thought I would do a special birthday post for my Mother in Law Martha. I would describe her as one of the 10 virgins with oil over flowing in her lamp. She is one of the most prepared, caring, wonderful people that I know.
